I used a recipe that called for milk today, but it was going to be used to make the contents creamy…soy milk doesnt have the creamiest texture, so I went out and got some Silk Coffee Creamer

Also, I used it to make mashed potatoes too and they taste great :D

Lol there was an overwhelming amount of vegan foods, my family was getting restless, but then my uncle busted out the carne asada for the meat eaters and it was all good :)

My favorite dish was probably the tofu curry I made. lol everyone was talking shit, but I know I’m at a good place right now :)
